How can we help?

Guides, answers and how-tos for getting the most out of Atwork.

Account & team

See all (16)
Who can see a dashboard?
An Atwork dashboard is a Charts view on a sheet and follows the sheet's access: who can open it, who sees which numbers, and who can create or delete it.
Members, guests and portal users
Atwork has three kinds of people: members, guests and portal users. See who signs in, what each can see, and who takes a paid seat.
Teams and jobs
Teams group the people who work together and give them a shared space. Jobs record what each person does. Here is how both differ from roles.
Organization settings
Change your Atwork workspace name, logo, default language, calendar and start of week, and manage locations. Only the workspace owner can do this.
Notifications aren't arriving
Fix missing Atwork notifications: per-category in-app, push and email switches, browser permission for push, and what live updates actually controls.

Automations & agents

See all (19)
Agents in chat: mentions and hand-offs
Mention a custom agent in a group, space or team chat or a record's comments and it replies there. Turn on Handoffs so agents pass work to each other.
Files and agents
What Atwork's AI agents read from your files: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text and images, the size and page limits, and the files they create.
Skills for custom agents
Create a skill in Atwork, set its tool groups, start from an Atwork skill, and add it to a custom agent. Limits, editing and deleting explained.
Email to this sheet
Create an email address for any Atwork sheet, choose who can send to it, and turn incoming emails into rows with their subject, body and attachments.
Write and edit pages with Dana
Type /ask in an Atwork page to have Dana draft text, or select text and click Ask Dana to rewrite, shorten, lengthen, fix or translate it.

Billing & plans

See all (6)
Payment methods and AI credit top-ups
How Atwork takes payment, how to update your card, and how to buy AI credit: amounts, when it's credited, and how purchased credit is used.
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan
How to change or cancel your Atwork plan, when it takes effect, and what happens to your members, data and AI credit when you move to a smaller plan.
Invoices and payment problems
Find Atwork invoices, update billing details, and work through a failed or uncredited payment.
Seats: adding and removing people
How Atwork seats work: who takes one, what happens when you add or remove someone mid-cycle, and who is free.
The AI budget
Every Atwork plan includes a monthly AI budget: $1 per org on Free, $5 per seat on Pro, $15 per seat on Business, custom on Enterprise.

Connect Google Calendar
Connect Google Calendar to Atwork for two-way sync and accurate booking availability, and fix an amber reconnect prompt.

Working hours and availability
Set your working hours and timezone in Atwork so booking links only offer times you are actually free.
Create a booking link
Set up an Atwork scheduling link: duration, buffers, availability and a video meeting, then share the public URL.
How invitees book time with you
