"The date is wrong" is almost always one of three independent settings — and they are not in the same place. Work out which one you actually mean.
That is timezone. Every date and time is stored in a single universal timezone and shown to you in yours, so two people in different countries see the same moment written differently — that part is correct behaviour. A date that has a time close to midnight can land on the day before or the day after, so a due date can look a day early or a day late.
Set yours in Profile settings → Working hours. It sits with working hours because it is the same setting that decides when you appear free for bookings. Check this first whenever dates look a day out.
That is the calendar system — Gregorian or Jalali. Set it in Profile settings → Preferences → Calendar.
That is Language, in Profile settings → Preferences → Language.
Calendar and language are independent. You can read Atwork in English while using the Jalali calendar, or in Farsi using the Gregorian calendar. Changing the language does not change the calendar, and changing the calendar does not change the language — that is deliberate.
So if the month names are wrong, change Language. If the month numbers are wrong, change Calendar.
That one is workspace-wide, not personal: an admin sets it in Settings → Organization. It changes where the week begins in calendar and timeline views for everyone.
If your timezone is right and a specific record still shows a date that no setting explains — a date with no time that is a day out from what was entered, say — send us the sheet link and the record, along with your timezone. That is worth a ticket.
