Access only ever narrows

A connected assistant can never see more than you can. Every permission is carved out of the access you already have — nothing is extended.

OAuth 2.1 — you sign in as yourself; remove the connector in your assistant to disconnect
One consent screen: you see the access your assistant requests and allow or deny it
If a sheet is invisible to you, it's invisible to your assistant
Every change it makes shows up in your activity history
Permissions requested
Read your sheets Read
Read your tasks Read
Create tasks Write
Post comments on your behalf Write
You approve the requested access as one set — Allow or Deny.

Questions

Which assistants work with it?⌄

Any assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol — including Claude (web, desktop and Claude Code), ChatGPT and Cursor. Add Atwork in its connectors settings and sign in.

Is my data used to train AI models?⌄

No. The connection only answers your assistant's requests in the moment, under your account's permissions. Atwork doesn't send your workspace anywhere else or use it for training.

What does it cost?⌄

Nothing extra — the connection is included with Atwork and works today on every plan, against the same workspace your team already uses.
