Contact support

Updated Oct 11, 2026

Support lives inside Atwork. Open the Help center and click New ticket — there is no separate portal to sign into and no email address to remember.

File a ticket

  1. Open the Help center.
  2. Click New ticket.
  3. Pick a category and describe the problem. As you type, we suggest articles that might already answer it — worth a glance, it is often faster than waiting.
  4. Attach a screenshot or file if it helps.
  5. Send.

What happens next

Our assistant reads your ticket and answers first, usually within minutes, using the same help centre articles you can read here. If it cannot solve the problem, it hands over to a person — you do not have to ask for one, and you never have to repeat yourself. It is one conversation either way.

Replies reach you in the Help center and by email, so you can close the tab and carry on.

What we send with a ticket

When you file from inside the app we attach your current page, browser and app version, so support can reproduce the problem instead of asking you what you were doing. No screen content is sent.

Writing a ticket that gets solved fast

  • Say what you expected and what happened instead.
  • Include the link to the sheet, view or page.
  • Note the time it happened, and whether it happens every time.
  • One problem per ticket — two unrelated issues in one thread is how one of them gets forgotten.
