Apps and the launchpad

Updated Oct 8, 2026

An app installs a complete area of work — its own space, sheets, fields and views, already fitted together. Bigger than a template, and it keeps working as a unit.

Install one

Open the launchpad and choose an app. Installing creates everything it needs. It appears as a tile you can return to.

What is available

  • CRM — contacts, companies and a deal pipeline.
  • Support — a ticket desk: customers file tickets, an assistant answers first, your team handles the rest.

Others appear on the launchpad as they ship.

Apps are made of the same parts

An installed app is not a black box. It is spaces, sheets, fields and views — exactly what you would build by hand. So you can adapt it: add a field, change a view, build an automation on top. Nothing is hidden or locked.

That is worth knowing before you decide it almost fits.

Updates

Apps get new versions. Opening a tile after an update may run a short setup step to add what the new version needs. If a tile seems to pause the first time you open it after a release, that is what is happening.

Access follows the space

An app installs into a space, so who can see it follows that space's membership. Installing the Support app does not show every colleague your tickets — add the people who should handle them.
