Set your language, calendar and timezone

Updated Oct 11, 2026

These are personal settings — changing yours does not change what your colleagues see.

Language and calendar

Profile → Settings → Preferences

  • Language — the language of the interface, and of month and day names.
  • Calendar — the calendar system dates are expressed in: Gregorian or Jalali.
  • Theme — light or dark.
  • Sidebar position — where the navigation sits.

Timezone

Profile → Settings → Working hours

Timezone lives here rather than with the other preferences, because it is the same value that decides when you appear free for bookings. Set it once and both follow.

Language and calendar are independent

The pair that surprises people: these two settings do not control each other.

  • English + Gregorian
  • English + Jalali — an English interface showing Jalali dates
  • Farsi + Gregorian
  • Farsi + Jalali

All four are valid. If the month names are wrong, change Language. If the month numbers are wrong, change Calendar.

Start of the week

This one is not personal — an admin sets it for the whole workspace under Settings → Organization, and it decides where the week begins in calendar and timeline views.
