Video meetings: Zoom, Meet and Teams

Updated Oct 8, 2026

Connect a meeting tool and calls booked through Atwork get a video link generated for them — no pasting a room link into a confirmation email.

Connect

  1. Open Profile settings → Connections.
  2. Choose Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams and click Connect.
  3. Sign in and approve the access.

How it is used

Once connected, a scheduling link can create a meeting for each booking. The invitee gets the link in their confirmation, and it appears on the calendar event — so neither side has to go looking for it.

Which one

Whichever your invitees already have. The practical difference is friction for the person joining: pick the one your clients will not have to install anything for.

You can connect more than one and choose per scheduling link — useful when internal calls and client calls use different tools.

Notes

  • The connection is yours. Meetings are created in your account, so they appear in your own meeting history.
  • An amber dot means the token expired: Manage → reconnect. Bookings made while it was broken may have no meeting link — worth checking after any reconnect.
  • Connecting a meeting tool does not affect availability. That comes from your calendar connection and your working hours.
