How invitees book time with you

Updated Sep 11, 2026

Worth knowing what your invitee experiences, because you cannot see it from your side.

What they do

  1. Open your link. No account, no sign-up, nothing to install.
  2. Pick a slot. They see only times you are genuinely free — inside your working hours, and clear on your connected calendar.
  3. Enter their details and anything you asked for.
  4. Confirm.

They get a confirmation with the time and, if you connected a meeting tool, the video link. The event appears on your calendar.

Times shown in their timezone

The page shows slots in their local time, so nobody does mental arithmetic and nobody arrives an hour late. You set your availability once, in your own timezone, and it is translated for whoever is booking.

Why a slot might not be offered

If someone says there is nothing available, it is one of these:

  • It is outside your working hours.
  • Your connected calendar shows something there — including private events, which block the slot without revealing what they are.
  • Your buffers are absorbing the gap between existing meetings.

Reducing no-shows

  • Keep the link name specific — 30-minute intro tells them what they booked.
  • Ask only for what you need. Every extra field costs bookings.
  • Let the meeting link be generated rather than sending it separately.
