Atwork is priced per seat, with a free tier that does not expire. Manage everything under Settings → Billing.

The plans

Free — $0. For individuals and small teams getting started. Up to 5 members, 1,000 items per sheet, unlimited tasks and docs, all core views, and a $1 AI budget per org per month. No credit card.

Pro — $12 per seat per month ($10 billed annually, $120 per seat per year). Unlimited members, 50,000 items per sheet, automations and workflows, dashboards and insights, custom AI agents, and a $5 AI budget per seat per month.

Business — $24 per seat per month ($20 billed annually, $240 per seat per year). Everything in Pro, plus SSO and SAML, advanced permissions and roles, scheduled triggers and event automations, a full audit log, and a $15 AI budget per seat per month.

Enterprise — custom. Everything in Business, plus a dedicated success manager, SCIM and DLP, data residency, and a custom AI budget with an SLA.

Seats

You are billed for active seats only. Adding someone mid-cycle is prorated, so you pay for the part of the period they are actually there. Deactivating someone frees their seat.

Guests and client-portal users are not workspace members and do not take a seat.

Monthly or annual

Annual billing is two months free — about 17% off. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time, and the change is prorated automatically.

The AI budget

Every plan includes a monthly budget that powers the AI features — drafting, summarising, planning and automation. Free gets $1 per org; Pro $5 per seat; Business $15 per seat; Enterprise is custom. It resets each month.

Changing plans

Upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing period whenever you like, from Settings → Billing. Changes are prorated. Invoices are under the same section.

Notes

SSO and SAML start at Business, not Enterprise — a common misreading.
On the Free plan the limit is members, not features: core views, tasks and docs are unlimited.
