Emails aren't arriving

Updated Oct 11, 2026

Almost every missing-email case is one of three things: it went to spam, it went to a different address than the one you are checking, or it was never sent because the account does not exist yet.

What we send

  • Verify your email — when an account is created.
  • Invitations — when someone adds you to a workspace.
  • Password reset — when you use Forget Password?.
  • Notifications — for the categories you have email switched on for.
  • Booking confirmations — when someone books a time with you.
  • Support ticket replies — when we answer a ticket.
  • Invoices and billing notices — to the workspace owner.

Work through these in order

1. Check spam and promotions. The most common answer, especially for the first email you ever receive from us.

2. Check the exact address. Was the invite sent to [email protected] while you are reading [email protected]? Ask whoever invited you which address they used — an invite to a typo'd address produces no error for them and no email for you.

3. Is there an account yet? A password reset only sends if an account exists with that address. If you never accepted an invitation, there is nothing to reset — ask for the invite again instead.

4. Not verified yet? If sign-up never completed, use the resend option on the sign-in page rather than signing up a second time.

5. Check with your IT team. Company mail filters sometimes quarantine a whole domain before anyone sees it. If nobody in your company gets our email, this is almost certainly why — ask them to allow our sending domain.

6. Wait a few minutes. Delivery is usually immediate but can be delayed by the receiving provider.

Notification emails specifically

If everything else arrives but notification emails do not, they may simply be switched off for that category — see Notifications aren't arriving.

Still missing?

Send us the exact address it should have gone to and roughly when it was triggered, and we can check whether it left our side.
