Why ask three times, not once at the end: at handover nothing can change, and a low score is only a grade. After the first deliverable, a 6 is a fix you still have time to make. Permission is a field because a client who praised you on a call has not agreed to be on your website, and "Granted, 2 Sep, email reply" is the only answer that lets you use the quote.
